Kingshurst Automotive started trading in 1979 in a lock up behind a house in Chelmsley Wood.

We now operate from modern, clean purpose built premises and repair literally thousands of cars & vans every year for local people

Our expansion has taken place quite simply because customers have had the confidence to come back, as well as pass our details on to family and friends

MOT Testing

With two MOT bays we have the facilities to test all vehicles sizes - Car, Motor Caravan, Mini Bus & Large Panel Van (Class 7)

And with 4 testers we can test up to 20 vehicles a day!

We are also approved by Solihull Council to carry out Taxi Testing

Car Servicing

We carry out both Manufacturer Servicing (for cars still under warranty) and Fixed Price Servicing to strictly controlled schedules - For an example [click here]

Our fixed price services are competitively priced and as an independent we can typically undercut the main dealers by between 30% to 40%

We carry out every type of mechanical repair from a bulb replacement to fitting a new engine and we work on everything from Mini’s to Mercedes Sprinter vans.
