Booking Information
As all bookings are placed on our computerised diary, if you have the following details to hand, it can help to speed up the process:
New customer
The main details are:
- Car registration number
- Post code
- Contact telephone number on the day we are working on your car.
Existing customer
Have there been any changes since we saw you last? Change of car, new mobile phone number, change of address...
Contact phone number on the day of the repair
This is the one most important piece of information, as we guarantee that no additional work will be carried out without your prior approval.
Reminders
We send out postal reminders for MOTs and services however, if you have an E Mail address and mobile phone number to hand we can send you reminders by them as well.
What to bring
Please bring your service book with you so it can be stamped. A clear service history can improve the resale value of your car.
Locking wheel nut key if they are fitted to the car (Please leave on passenger seat)
Helping us diagnosing a problem
When describing a problem, some of the things that will help with our diagnosis are:
Mechanical noise
- How often does it do it?
- Does it change with speed?
- Over bumps?
- On the straight or round a corner?
Engine running poorly
- Is the problem when the engine is either hot or cold?
- Is it all the time or intermittent?
- Is there a warning light on the dash?
